Submitting a DMCA Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been posted on our website without authorization, you may submit a DMCA notice to our Copyright Agent. Please provide the following information in your notice:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail so that we are capable of locating it on the site.
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Submitting a Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address at which you may be contacted.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

Removal of Material and Repeat Infringer Policy
In response to receiving a valid DMCA notice or counter-notice, we will act swiftly to remove or disable access to the content that is claimed to be infringing. We also maintain a repeat infringer policy that may result in the termination of website postings from repeat infringers.
Modification of Policy
We may modify this policy at any time. You are encouraged to review this page periodically for any changes.
